Grape Variety: Listán negro 100%
Features: Harvest is carried out in 20kg crates during the month of September. The best grapes are handpicked, de-esteemed, and directly pressed. Selection of only the first pressed must, it is then racked at 10ºc for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures of 18-20ºc. Afterwards, it is statically clarified, cold stabilised, and finally, amicrobically filtered and bottled.
Tasting Notes: Strawberry – pink color with violet tones. Clean and bright. Complex combination of aromas. Ideal balance between honeysuckle and floral (fresh, acid fruits, strawberry and raspberry) flavours. Soft and fresh.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with rice, pasta, and white fish. Best served at 6-10ºc. Store horizontally in a cool place. Consume within 1 year.
