Grape Variety: Listan negro, Syrah

Features: Harvest is carried out 100% manually into 20 kg crates. The best grapes of each variety are first selected on a sorting table, a second time on a conveyor belt, and then de-esteemed and pressed. Maceration lasts between 15 and 20 days. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels for up to 8 months. Afterwards, the wine is statically clarified, cold stabilized, and finally, amicrobically filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes: Cherry red colour, with a high layer and violet rim. Intense aroma highlighting blackberries, minerals such as graphite, and notes of cocoa, roasted coffee, and licorice. Intense and deep fruity flavor. Well balanced, with soft and mature tannins providing a long, harmonious, and relatively fresh finish.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with all types of red meats, sausages, cold cuts, and hard cheeses. Best served at 14-16º C. Store horizontally in a cool place. Consume within 10 years.
