Grape Variety: Listan negro, Merlot, Tempranillo
Features: Harvest is carried out into 20 kg crates, between the months of September and October. The best grapes of each variety are selected on a sorting table, then de-esteemed and crushed. Then the must is racked into stainless-steel tanks, for about 10 days at controlled temperature, until it is pneumatically pressed. Fermentation takes place at 20º C. Afterwards, the wine is statically clarified, cold stabilized, and bottled.
Tasting Notes: Clean and bright, with violet tones, garnet-red colour, and a medium-high layer. blackberries, red fruits, and spiced notes. Fleshy, wide, and soft to drink.
Food Pairing: Very adaptable wine. Pairs well with most types of dishes, like entrees, salads, nuts, different types of cheeses, and both read and white meats. Best served at 14-16º C. Store horizontally in a cool place. Consume within 2 years.
