Grape Variety: Listan negro 50%, Syrah 25%, Merlot 25%
Features: Harvest is carried out 100% manually in 20kg crates. The best grapes of each variety are first selected on a sorting table, a second time on a conveyor belt, and then de-esteemed and pressed. Maceration lasts up to 15 days. Fermentation takes place in French and American oak barrels, and lasts between 4 and 6 months. Afterwards, it is clarified, cold stabilised, and finally, amicrobically filtered and bottled. Bottles are then taken 18 meters deep into the Atlantic Ocean, and stored into metal cages for about three months. Finally, each bottle is labeled and distributed.
Tasting Notes: High layer of red-garnet with violet tones. Thick and long tears. Exquisite harmony of barrel aromas (coffee, chocolate, liquorice), and ripe fruit notes. Firm and velvety flavour. Well balanced, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with all types of red meats, cold cuts, sausages, and cured cheeses. Best served at 14-16ºc. Store horizontally in a cool place. Consume within 3 years.
