Grape Variety: Listan blanco, muscat
Features: Harvest is carried out in 20 kg crates between the months of September and October. The best grapes are handpicked, de-esteemed and lightly pressed, before the resulting must is racked for 12 hours at 10º C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures of 18-20º C. Afterwards, the wine is kept on its finest lees, and weekly stirred, for three additional months, before it is statically clarified, cold stabilized, and finally, amicrobically filtered and bottled.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow coloured with greenish reflections, clean and bright. Sweet aroma. Floral, jasmine, white flowers and fresh fruit notes. Fresh but still rich. Tasty and salty finish.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with all kinds of fish, rice, fresh cheeses, and salads. Best served at 8-12º C. Store horizontally in a cool place.
