Grape Variety: Listan negro, Syrah, Cabernet, Tempranillo, Merlot
Features: Harvest is carried out 100% manually into 20 kg crates. The best grapes of each variety are selected on a sorting table, and then de-esteemed and macerated during 15 days. Fermentation takes place in barrels after 3-4 months. Afterwards, it is clarified, cold stabilized, and finally bottled.
Tasting Notes: High layer of cherry red colour with violet rim. Thick and long tears, consistent with the grape’s maturity. Cedar wood, vanilla, and toasty spices converge with its primary aromas (ripe cherry-like, and spices). Well structured and persistent, highlighting a fruity and a warm tannic flavor.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with all types of red meats, sausages, cold cuts, and hard cheeses. Best served at 14-16º C. Store horizontally in a cool place. Consume within 3 years.
