Grape Variety: Listan negro 100%

Features: Harvest is carried out in 20 kg crates, around mid September. Carbonic maceration consists on fermenting whole grapes, in a carbon dioxide rich environment (stainless-steel tanks), prior to crushing. Maceration lasts up to 10 days. The grapes are then gently pressed, and the resultant must is fermented at 22ºc. Afterwards, it is clarified, cold stabilized, and finally, amicrobically filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes: Red-garnet colour with vibrant violet rim. Displays a mid-high layer, clean and bright. High intensity of ripe fruits, like banana, blackberries, and spices. Well balanced. Fresh and fruity flavours.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with all types of white meats, blue fish, seafood, soft cheeses, and pasta. Best served at 8-12ºc. Store horizontally in a cool place. Consume within 1 year.
